We ship from countries all around the world to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. Processing time is normally 2 working days from receipt of order and this needs to be added to the below delivery times.

Changes Of Delivery Address 

We can only accept a change of delivery address requests if provided before the order has been dispatched.

Items Out Of Stock

If any item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out of stock items and then dispatch the remainder of the order.

Tracking Information

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged during transit, if possible, please reject the
parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service team. If the
parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact us via our contact page and will advise with next steps.
Sales Tax & Import Duty

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed in the checkout and Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be prepaid.
Order Cancellations

All Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the
courier.
